Shipping Methods
$10 Flat rate shipping
Orders are shipped within Australia only at this time.
All orders are tracked, and tracking information will be provided via email. Extra cover available upon request, at customer’s cost.
Artworks are packaged and sent in a rigid envelope, with additional cardboard backing. Orders will be posted within 2-5 days.
Local pick-up
Orders may be picked up in Guildford, VIC 3451 or Castlemaine, VIC 3450, by arrangement. I will contact customers to organise a date and time.
Refunds
I only offer refunds on orders that select local pick-up in checkout. You must contact me within 24 hours of ordering to organise a full refund.
I do not offer refunds for orders that select Standard AusPost shipping in checkout, or orders that have been picked up.
